Ron Suskind Quote.

From the Daily Show:

“He’s very smart and intelligent, and I could spend hours and weeks talking with him (Obama), but at the same time you eventually start to wonder….. is this really the type of intelligence needed by the President of the United States?” (appr. quote – from the author of “Confidence Men”).

Sounds on point. The hardest part of being a President is probably not to understand and analyze the political landscape – but to change it through practical steps, and doing the leadership thing. The boring and repetitive stuff.

  1. He was just on Dylan Ratigan. Devastating about how he/they missed hte ‘moment’ to reform financial sector.

Suskind is a terrific writer – Pulitzer winner too. I think he did two Bush admin books
